You may browse this site for information about our services. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or misuse contact forms. Content is provided for general information and does not form a binding offer until we confirm an engagement in writing.

Services

Workshops, baselines, release briefings, and retainers are scoped separately. Fees, deliverables, timelines, and data access requirements appear in the statement of work or email confirmation you receive before work starts. This website does not process payments.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful access to the analytics data you share with us, for obtaining any internal approvals, and for the accuracy of context you provide about features and releases.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, you own the final deliverables prepared specifically for your engagement. We retain ownership of our methods, templates, and pre-existing materials. Site content remains Devmeshpoint property.

Confidentiality

We treat non-public product and analytics information you share as confidential and use it only to deliver the engagement, unless you authorize broader use or law requires disclosure.

Limitation of liability

Our work informs decisions; it does not guarantee product outcomes. To the extent permitted by Thai law, liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok unless we agree otherwise in writing.
